ZL series vertical axial flow pumps features as low head,bog capacity,clean water or other liquids with similar physical and chemical properties to water transportation. The liquids is not allowed to be higher than *0 degrees. It is mainly used for power plant water circulation, urban water supply and drainage, dock water level Control, hydraulic engineering and farmland irrigation and so on.

ZL pump series are axial flow pump with blades adjustable after dismantling and axial flow’ pump with blades adjustable without dismantling after running our or under operation. As for the ZL pumps with adjustable blades after dismantling the blades and impeller hubare bolted together. When the working condition is changed, you can loosen the blade nuts, take out the fixed pin, then rotate the blades to make the base line of the blades meet the angle line of the impeller hub that you need, then install the pin and fix the nuts to complete the adjustment.

As for the ZL pumps with the blades adjustable without diamantling, the angle of the blades can be adjusted after running our or under operation. The blade angle can be adjusted to meet the head and capacity you need. Customer can adjust the blade angles according to the performance table by themselves subject to the actual conditions, otherwise the blades angle are at 0 degree.

ZL pump series mainly consist of caing parts and rotor parts. Normally the casing parts consist of inlet pipe,impeller housing,diffuser,cone pipe,pump stool,base plate,discharge elbow,rubber bearing,and stuffing box assembly etc.
